The rejects sorter is designed to remove rejects and recover fiber from the impurity. With low energy consumption, low operating cost, good screening and cleaning effects, it is widely used in waste paper recycling and paper making industries.
Features
The stock enters the rejects sorter under normal pressure. By the centrifugal force of the rotating rotor, accepted stock is separated from rejects when passing the screen plate. In the meantime, under the function of rotor's rotation force, rejects are being rotation disintegrated and continuously washed by water, contributing to fiber recovery.
