During pulping and paper making, large amount of sludge is generated from mechanical filtration and chemical treatment. At this moment, sewage treatment system or sludge dewatering system is of great importance to the paper making plant.

Our sludge disposal system consists of sludge feeding system, flocculant feeding system, dewatering system, filter cake transporting system, and PLC control system. It is widely used in papermaking factory, steel work, and printing and dyeing mill.

Sludge Handling System

Sludge handling system consists of two main systems. One is sludge press and the other is polymer preparation or additive system. As critical equipment in the sludge handling system, sludge press is in the process to dehydrate the treated sludge from low consistency to high consistency. Sludge press usually works together with polymer preparation or additive system to achieve sludge recycling.
